since 1974 and as President since 1985. Responsibilities
include administrative, fiscal supervision and planning,
employee benefits, conference planning and consultant
relations.

Mark
Flock,
Laboratory Director
Agronomist

Mark Flock has been employed at Brookside Laboratories
since 1983 and has been laboratory director since 1999.
Responsibilities include overall management of all three
departments (soils, agronomic, and environmental) within
Brookside, consultant training, research , and technical
support. Mark is a ARCPACS certified Agronomist and
Soil Scientist.

since 1997. Responsibilities include laboratory software
design, database administration, consultant software

Greg
Meyer,
Agricultural Lab Coordinator

Greg Meyer graduated from Ohio State University with
a B.S. in Agriculture in 1993 and has been with Brookside
Laboratories since 1996. Responsibilities include management
of the ag department, including testing on animal feeds,
manures, limes, fertilizers, plant tissue and water.

Thomas H.
Batten,
Env. Services Coordinator

Tom is a graduate of Wright State University with a Master's Degree in Chemistry,
registered as a Professional Engineer with the State of Ohio and carries a Class IV
Waste Water Certificate. Prior to joining Brookside in June of 2002, he has worked
within the Environmental Sciences field since 1990. His responsibilities at Brookside
include: Management of the Environmental Services Laboratory, Quality Control,
EPA certification maintenance, sample analysis, and customer service.

Jackie
Brackman,
Soils Lab Coordinator

Jackie
graduated from the University of Dayton with a BS in Biology in 1999.
Since graduation she has worked in a laboratory before joining Brookside in 2005.
Responsibilities include Management of the soils laboratory, Geotech, sample analysis,
special projects and quality control.

John McGuire joined Brookside Laboratories in the spring of 2003.
He comes to the organization with a diverse mixture of experience
and education in the fields of Geographic Information Systems and
Remote Sensing. John’s primary responsibility will be to construct
and support a system that enhances our consultants’ implementation
of this technology.
