Hops / Barley Testing

Craft brewing is the new trend in the beer trade. With the increasing number of craft breweries across the country there is an increase in the agriculture of hops and barley needed in the beer brewing process. Before the barley is used in production it must be tested for a mycotoxin known as deoxynivalenol. Hops must be tested for alpha and beta acids as well as essential oils before they are sold for brewing.
