Started as a consultant with Brookside in May 2000 following graduation from Wilmington College (Ohio) with a degree in Agriculture. At that time also began full-time with Menke Consulting, after a few years as a summer intern during college. Married Angie (West) in July 2002 and have 5 children; Peyton (Lynn) 23, Kyle 21, Brody 19, Alyse 16 and Emery 12. Started Otte AG in March 2015 through a purchase agreement of agronomy clients from Menke Consulting. Specialize in crop and soil fertility management, nutrient and manure management planning, and regulatory permitting and compliance, while also providing a wide range of analytical services through Brookside Labs.
