He has been involved in the golf industry for almost 20 years. During this time, he has gained extensive experience in golf course development and maintenance while working as a golf course superintendent at various locations across the country. Over the years, he has come to understand the critical role that soil properties, water quality, and fertility management play in the playability of turf surfaces.

With this knowledge, he founded his own firm, pHloem Consultants, with the vision to focus on these key areas and provide science-based recommendations and solutions through proper lab testing for golf courses and sports fields in India. While the firm is initially centered on the turf industry, it plans to expand into the agriculture sector in the future.

Sandeep has been married to his wife, Aarti, for 21 years. They have two daughters—Manya, who is currently pursuing college golf in the U.S., and Ananya, who is in 11th grade and competes in golf tournaments in India. Ananya hopes to study Architecture in the future. In his free time, Sandeep enjoys running and spending time with his family.
