Samples are extracted with 2% Acetic Acid and then analyzed on a FIA Lab flow injection analyzer. Method P-3.10 from the “Soil, Plant, and Water Reference Methods for the Western Region”
Samples are dried in a 60 degrees Celsius oven overnight
Samples are dried in at 130 degrees Celsius forced air oven
for 1-2 hours
Samples are ground through Cyclotech Mill with a 0.50mm screen
